Important Notes Before You Begin:
Upgrades take effect immediately: As soon as you confirm the change, your application will start running on the upgraded plan (no downtime).
Billing updates automatically: Your invoice will be adjusted based on your newly selected plan from the moment you upgrade.
You can upgrade anytime: There are no restrictions — upgrade whenever your application needs more resources.
How to Upgrade Your Plan
Follow the steps below to upgrade your Autonomous plan.
Step #1 — Go to the Application Listing Page:
Log in to your Cloudways Platform.
From the left menu, click Applications to open your application list.
Step #2 - Choose the Application to Upgrade Plan:
Click on the 3-Dots menu as shown below on the desired application.
Click on Manage Plan.
Step #2 — Select the Plan You Want to Upgrade To:
From all the available plans, choose the most suitable for your application.
Select your preferred upgraded plan.
Step #3 — Review and Confirm Your Upgrade:
Review the plan details, including pricing and features.
Click Confirm & Upgrade to apply the upgrade.
Your plan will now upgrade instantly and your application will continue running smoothly.
What Happens After the Upgrade?
Your application will start using the upgraded plan right away.
Your next billing cycle will reflect your updated Autonomous plan.
