Cloudways AI Website Builder allows you to create an AI-generated WordPress website on an existing Flexible trial server.
You can start the process from several locations, including the Cloudways Platform dashboard, the Applications page, the Cloudways AI menu, or the Cloudways AI Website Builder website.
Regardless of the entry point you choose, Cloudways installs the AI Website Builder application on your existing trial server and opens the editor after your website is generated.
This guide explains each available method and shows how to configure, generate, review, and manage your new website during the trial period.
Note:
The Free AI Website plan is available during your current Flexible trial period and includes 8 AI credits. If you use all 8 AI credits during the trial, you must upgrade your Cloudways account to move to the Pro plan and continue using AI features.
Tip:
If your Flexible Trial server expires within the next 24 hours, upgrade your account to allow more time to explore AI Website Builder.
How to Add AI Website Builder to an Existing Trial Server
Cloudways provides several entry points for creating an AI-generated website on an existing Flexible trial server. Regardless of the entry point you use, your website is created on the trial server already available in your account.
From Cloudways Platform Dashboard
Log in to the Cloudways Platform.
On the Home dashboard, locate the Try Out the New AI Website Builder card.
Click Try Now.
Enter a description of the website you want to create. You can also select one of the available pre-built prompts.
Example prompt: Create a modern WordPress website for a digital marketing agency. Include a home page, services page, about page, portfolio, testimonials, and contact form. Use a clean and professional design.
Click the arrow button to continue.
On the Build Your Website with AI page, confirm the trial server selected for your website.
Enter an Application Name.
Select the Free plan. The Pro plan is not available on a trial server.
Click Build Website.
Wait while Cloudways creates the application and prepares the website environment.
The AI Website Builder then begins generating the website. This process may take approximately four to five minutes.
When generation is complete, review the website in the AI Website Builder editor and submit additional instructions when changes are required.
The new website appears under Flexible → Applications.
The existing trial server remains available under the Servers tab.
From CW Platform App Listing
From the Cloudways Platform, select Flexible from the left navigation menu.
Open the Applications tab.
Click Add Applications.
Select Build Website with AI.
Enter a website description or select a pre-built prompt.
Click the arrow button and complete the application name and plan selection.
Click Build Website to create the website on your existing trial server.

From CW Platform Side Navigation
Log in to the Cloudways Platform and select Cloudways AI from the left navigation menu.
Select AI Website Builder from the available products.
Enter a description of the website you want to create or select a suggested prompt.
Click the arrow button.
Enter the application name, select the Free plan, and click Build Website.

From Cloudways Website
Go to the Cloudways AI Website Builder website.
Enter a description of the website you want to create or select one of the suggested prompts.
Click the arrow button.
On the login page, enter the credentials for your existing Cloudways trial account and click Log in. You can also use one of the available social login options.
Confirm the existing Flexible trial server.
Enter an Application Name.
Select the Free plan and click Build Website.
Wait while Cloudways creates the website environment. When it is ready, you are automatically redirected to the AI Website Builder editor.
