Each active AI Website Builder application license receives its own monthly credit allocation.
Monthly credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Any unused monthly plan credits expire at the end of the billing cycle.
Unused monthly plan credits do not carry over to the next month.
For example, if your application receives 20 monthly credits and you use only 15 credits during the billing cycle, the remaining 5 credits will expire when the next billing cycle begins.
AI Credit Top-Up Credits
Customers can purchase additional AI credits through AI Credit Top-Ups when they need credits beyond their monthly plan allocation.

Top-Up credits are available only to customers with at least one active paid AI Website Builder application license.

When your available credits reach zero, the platform displays a message explaining that additional credits are required to continue using AI-powered requests.
Click Buy Credits next to the remaining credit balance.
