How to Mute Cloudways Bot NotificationsJune 30, 2017

Do you want to turn off the CloudwaysBot notifications inside the platform?

Well, now you have the option to do that.

Please note that the notifications will still be sent to the various channels that you have selected. For example, your notifications will still be sent to your developer’s email but won’t bother you in the panel.

Step 1: Access Notifications

Log into the Cloudways Platform with your credentials. You can access notifications by simply clicking the red numbered icon at the top right corner of the screen. Once you get to the Notifications screen, click the Settings icon (the gear icon) under Notifications.

Step 2: Select Events to Mute

A  small pop-up window will show you the list of various alerts. In this window, you can uncheck the ones you want to mute and then click on the Save Settings button.
