Does Cloudways Provide Servers for Email Hosting?

We provide different email solutions through Cloudways Email add-ons, so you can set up email hosting or SMTP sending for your domain even though we don't host email on our own servers.

For example, if you'd like your own email inboxes, you can use the Rackspace Email Hosting add-on to get a robust, 24×7 email hosting solution.

If you only need SMTP for sending transactional or notification emails, we offer the Gmail/Google Workspace SMTP add-on, which lets you send 500 emails per day with a free Gmail account or 2,000 emails per day with a paid Google Workspace account through automated SMTP delivery.

You can also bring your own SMTP account from Mandrill, Mailgun, AuthSMTP, or another Custom SMTP provider. Just activate the SMTP add-on on your server from within the console.

Whichever option fits your needs, our email add-ons make it easy to get email up and running alongside your Cloudways-hosted application.
