How to Unsubscribe from a Cloudways Autonomous Plan

Here's how you can unsubscribe from a Cloudways Autonomous plan.

Important

  • Please note that before you can unsubscribe, you must delete all applications associated with the plan.

  • Deleting the last application does not automatically cancel your subscription; you must manually unsubscribe if you no longer intend to use Cloudways Autonomous.

Log in to your Cloudways Platform using your email address and password.

  1. From the left menu bar, select Cloudways Autonomous.

  2. Next, click Plan Overview.

  3. Now, here you will see all the important information about your current plan. Next, click Manage Plan.

  4. Here, you can see all of Cloudways Autonomous's plans. Simply choose your desired plan and click Confirm Plan.

  5. Next, select up to three reasons for unsubscribing from the Autonomous plan.

  6. Once done, click Next.

  7. Based on your chosen reasons, you may be asked to answer a few additional questions. Your valuable input helps us improve our services. Once done, click Next.

  8. Next, click Unsubscribe Plan. If you prefer to discuss your cancellation or have any questions, you can click Book a Call to speak with a Cloudways Autonomous expert.

  9. Finally, click Unsubscribe Plan.
