Master credentials are the most powerful credentials on a server and give SSH and SFTP access to ALL applications in the server. The account owner has access to Master Credentials for all servers by default and can grant Team Members access to them via the Team feature.

If you are the account owner and want to change Master Credentials of any server, you can easily do it from the console. Following steps detail how you can change Master Credentials.

Step 1: Go to Server Management

Log into the Cloudways Platform with your credentials. Click on Servers on the top menu bar. Then, click on your target server from the list. This will take you to the Server Management area.
