Your web application information is essential to you as it helps you log in to your website admin panel and remotely connect to your server.
In this article, we will show you how to locate your application information available on the Cloudways Platform.
How to Find Application Information
First of all, please select your platform:

Step #1 — Navigate to Your Application
Log in to your Cloudways Platform using your credentials.
From the top menu bar, open Servers.
Then, choose the server where your desired application is deployed.

Next, click www.
Choose your application’s name.

Step #2 — View Application Details
Under Application Management, select Access Details. Here you will find the following information:
Application URL — It is your website URL, e.g., mysite.com.
Admin Panel — It contains the URL to access the admin panel (backend) of your application, along with its login credentials.
MySQL Access — This section contains the database name, username, and password. This section contains the database name, username, and password. Cloudways supports several methods to remotely access your databases, such as using MySQL client and MySQL Workbench.
Public IP — It is the IP address of your server.
Application Credentials — Application Credentials give SFTP/SSH access to a specific application on a server.

You may also need to know the application folder name on the server when remotely connecting to your server using SFTP/SSH. Here’s how you can find it.
Under Application Management, visit Application Information.
Here, you will find your Application Folder Name.
Tip
You can also rename your application folder to a meaningful name.

Important
Please note that each application on any server will inherit any settings or restrictions from the respective hosting server - such as disk space availability, PHP version, and memory availability.

Step #1 — Navigate to Your Application
Log in to your Cloudways Platform using your email address and password.
Step #2 — View Application Details
Here, you will find the following information:
Application URL — It is your website URL, e.g., mysite.com.
Admin Panel — Click View Credentials. It contains the URL to access the admin panel (backend) of your application, along with its login credentials.
MySQL Access — Next, click Manage Access and navigate to Database. This section contains the database name, username, and password. Cloudways supports a method to remotely access your databases, such as using MySQL Workbench.
Host — Next, navigate to SSH/SFTP where you will find the host of your application.
Application Credentials — Application Credentials give SFTP/SSH access to your application.
