Cloudways allows you to launch applications and servers to host your websites. Now suppose you want to edit the name you previously set for your servers and applications, so you can identify them easily in your Cloudways Platform.

In order to edit the name of your application, go to that application’s management section:

Once you are in the application management section, click on the pencil icon besides the application name:

After clicking on the pencil icon, you will see the option to edit the name, change it to any name you want to set and click on Save:

Once you click on Save, the new name will be set for your application:

This is how you can easily change your server or application name from the Cloudways Platform.

In case you want to edit the name of your server, You need to go to the Server management section:

In the server management, click on the pencil icon beside the server name:

After clicking on it, you will see the option to edit the name, change it to any name you want to set, and click Save.

Once you click Save, the new name will be set for your server:
