This guide will help you update your billing/credit card information to pay for existing and future invoices.


Our payment processor Adyen charges a $1 authorization fee to verify your credit card; however, the transaction is cancelled and reverted upon completion of the verification process.

How Do I Change My Billing Information?

The following steps will explain how you can update your billing information or credit card information.

Step #1 — Navigate to Account

Log in to your Cloudways Platform using your email address and password.

  1. From the top menu bar, open Profile.

  2. Now, select Account.

Step #2 — Adding Funds

  1. Select Payment & Address.

  2. Here, you can update the Card Details and Billing Address. Therefore, switch to the desired tab and select which details you wish to update.

  3. In the case of Card Details, click Update Card Details and edit the information. In the case of Billing Address, click Edit Billing Address and edit the information.

  4. In the case of Card Details, you will be asked to authorize your Credit Card, so input the required information and click Authorize. In the case of Billing Address, simply click Save.
