Our payment processor Adyen charges a $1 authorization fee to verify your credit card; however, the transaction is canceled and reverted upon completion of the verification process.

How Do I Change My Billing Information?

The following steps will explain how you can update your billing information or credit card information.

Step #1 — Navigate to Account

Log in to your Cloudways Platform using your email address and password.

  1. From the top menu bar, open Profile.

  2. Now, select Account.

Step #2 — Adding Funds

  1. Select Credit Card.

  2. Under Credit Card, click Edit Here.

3. Now, input all the updated billing information.

4. Finally, click the Update Credit Card.
