At Cloudways, we accept various payment methods. You can choose to pay the invoices via credit card or via PayPal (only available if you have upgraded your trial account to full).

Our billing system first tries to charge your invoices through your registered credit card. If we run into issues such as insufficient funds or problems with the bank, you can pay your invoices via PayPal. See our policy if the invoice remains unpaid.

Tip

  • If you want to upgrade your trial account to a full account using PayPal, please send us your request to [email protected] so that our team can guide you accordingly.

  • You can always top up your Cloudways account in advance via credit card or PayPal. In this way, all your future invoices will be adjusted from the available funds.
