Your account access may be restricted due to any of the following reasons:
Due to unpaid invoices, we take a few measures to rectify the situation, such as sending reminders, stopping servers, etc. Once the servers are stopped, your Cloudways Platform access is also locked until the situation is rectified.
Once you have attempted any of these options, the system will automatically try to charge the new credit card or deduct the necessary amount from the uploaded funds. Once the invoices are paid, Cloudways Platform access will be granted.
Our abuse monitoring system may restrict your account access if it detects any suspicious activities. You may simply send an email at [email protected] along with your contact number. Our Trust & Safety team will validate your request and restore access upon successful validation.
